StorMagic Release Notification Workflow

This article is intended for administrators wishing to understand StorMagic's release notification procedure

Resolution/Information

StorMagic holds a database of contact details from the pruchase workflow, alongside integrator all support portal users (e.g. please ensure a support portal account is created), to mail shot and notify of product releases including:

• SvHCI - hyperconverged infrastructure solution, 

• SvKMS - key management solution, 

• SvSAN - shared storage solution.

these emails will be sent from news@stormagic.com - please ensure this is whitelisted to received release notifications.
