How Release Notifications Work

StorMagic maintains a database of customer contact information collected during the purchasing process, along with registered Support Portal users. These contacts receive email notifications whenever new product releases become available.

If you do not already have a Support Portal account, please create one to ensure you receive product communications.

Recommendation: Add news@stormagic.com to your email whitelist or safe sender list to prevent release notifications from being blocked or filtered.
