SvHCI Cluster Creation

Resolution/Information

Scenario

This document will detail the Discovery Service,

addition of a static entry for the witness, if not auto-discovered

and pairing of the nodes into a 2-node cluster with a sharable witness.

StorMagic's Discovery service is detailed below:

Add a Discovery entry for the Witness to both nodes, if it is in a different subnet.

From the Discovery page select Join:

Select the partner SvHCI node alongside the witness to cluster:

They clustered nodes will now be displayed:
