This article is intended for administrators wishing to configure event notifications for reporting. This enables SvHCI hosts and SvSAN VSAs to forward alerts to the preferred technology of choice.
These could be Splunk (Syslog), ServiceNow (SMTP), Microsoft SCOM (SNMP) etc.

Overview
SvHCI and SvSAN provides numerous reporting methods to monitor and alert based upon certain events detailed below.
